General Office Covid-19 Arrangements

General Office

Due to the current global situation and in order to protect both clients and staff, our office will be closed from Monday 23 March 2020 until further notice.

The office will still be manned from 8.45am - 4.45pm, Monday to Friday, therefore, you can reach us by phone: 820000

  • Payments may still be made online
     
  • If you are unable to pay via BACS, then cheques payments may be left in the postbox outside the main door.
     
  • Any documents can be left in our outside postbox (we will check it regularly throughout the day).

Medical Flights

To book your medical flights, please either:

  • email a copy of your appointment, along with your telephone number to generaloffice@alderney.gov.gg
     
  • Request that MSG or PEH email on your behalf
     
  • Request a travel slip from Island Medical Centre (which they will email to us)
     
  • Leave your letter in our postbox (with your phone number)

We can then book your flights and email or post your flight & appointment letter back to you at home.
