Updated border protocol at Braye Harbour

From the 14^th of May 2021, vessels departing from a Category 2 region will be able to enter Braye Harbour so long as the following conditions are met:

Crew/passengers must register on "Travel Tracker", this can be found on the States of Guernsey gov.gg website.
The IT2A form must be completed and returned to harbour@alderney.gov.gg 48 hours prior to your arrival in Braye Harbour
You must provide you own means of travel ashore in order to enter the test centre.
A Covid 19 test will be supplied upon arrival at the test centre after which you will return to your vessel and isolate until receipt of a negative result*.
After a negative result is received you may travel ashore where passive-follow up must be observed.
If you arrive outside of testing hours then you must proceed to an isolation mooring as directed by harbour staff and await the next window.

Test windows: 1000-1100 & 1400-1500 (time in BST)

*It may take up to 72 hours to receive a test result.
