The primary function of the Planning Office is to determine planning applications in accordance with the Building and Development Control (Alderney) Law 2002 as amended, and the Land Use Plan 2017.  Land Use Plan [18Mb].

Building Control
The primary function of Building Control is to process and determine applications and inspect building works in accordance with the requirements of the current Building and Development Control Law and Building Regulations. We aim to ensure that buildings are safe, healthy, accessible and sustainable for current and future generations.
