Public engagement at Friday drop-ins resumes

A weekly drop-in session for the Islanders to voice concerns, share ideas or make enquiries with States Members resumes Friday (February 10th).

Launched last year but temporarily suspended while newly appointed Members were taking up their positions on the States, the sessions take place on Fridays between 11.30am and 1.30pm in the Members' Room on the Island Hall ground floor.

They will be staffed by States Members on a rota basis and provide an opportunity for face-to-face discussion about any matter relating to States business.

The sessions are conveniently timed in an effort to enable all sectors of the Community to be able to attend. If an enquiry cannot be resolved on the day the duty Member will pass the matter to the relevant department or Committee for resolution.
