Guidance for self-catering businesses published

As part of the Phase 4 easing of restrictions, new guidance has been published by Public Health Services for self-catering businesses.

The guidance covers the key principles of reopening a self-catering business including self-isolation, social distancing and hygiene, and gives details of preparation, enhanced cleaning procedures, waste disposal, laundry and keeping records.

The full guidance is covered in the document published with this press release. Previous guidance for campsites is being reviewed to ensure that the common parts of the two documents give the same guidance.
